Making A Purchase
You may purchase and ship packages to the country of your choice (we ship worldwide). Cranberry Lane will not charge tax on International orders, so you will pay only for the merchandise and shipping. Please keep in mind, however, that your package may incur additional taxes or duties before it arrives to its destination, for which you will be responsible. Shipping Details
Cranberry Lane ships worldwide. Shipping and handling costs are determined by the weight of your order and the speed required. Orders to the United States are shipped by Express Post Air or Expedited Post. Most orders can be delivered within 1 week. Our handling charge (included in your shipping quote) is $4.00 for the first 2 boxes/packages/pails and $3.00 per for any additional box/packages/pails.

Returns
All orders will be confirmed by email, fax, or telephone before shipping. International customers are responsible for any and all duties. No returns or refunds accepted for open or damaged merchandise. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all qualifying validated returns or cancellations or refusals once your order has been shipped.
