Pet Scape™
Soap
A gentle soap that cleans and conditions while
repelling fleas and other insects. Deodorize and refreshes fur! Rinses
easily and does not remove oils necessary for healthy coat and skin.
Hikers and Campers will benefit by taking a bar of this soap with when
roaming the great outdoors and pests are sure to keep clear! Use it
while showering or bathing. For extra protection, rub a little soap on
the outside of your hiking boots, collar of coat or shirt.
Ingredients & properties:
Essential oils:
Pet Scape Essential oil blend: Citronella, Cedarwood and
Lemongrass essential oils all contain elements that effectively repel
fleas and ticks as well as mosquitoes.
Herbs:
Lavender flowers: Helps repel pests, and an effective
anti-bacterial
Horsetail: an effective anti-fungal
Tansy flowers: is an effective bug repellent that has been used
for centuries.
The formula below is for one batch of soap (10
bars). If making more than one batch, simply double or triple the
amounts given according to the batch volume. Carefully read all
instructions before beginning. Makes a great gift for any animal
lover!
Pet Scape™
Carpet Shake
Use this shake for carpets, rugs, bedding and cloth
covered furniture. It deodorizes, freshens and naturally repels fleas.
After applying this powder liberally to the chosen surface, leave on
for approximately 15 to 20 minutes them vacuum or sweep as usual.
Repeat once per week.
Note: The following formula makes approx. 500 grams in total weight.

500g |

2 cups
Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda)
2 tbsp
Borax
2 tbsp Dried
Tansy flowers (finely ground)
2 tbsp Dried
Lavender flowers (finely ground)
1/2 tsp
Orris root powder
1/2 tsp Cranberry Lane’s "Pet
Scape" Essential oil Blend

Mix all dry ingredients except for the baking soda
together. Add the essential oils and mix well.
Combine all material together. Store in plastic, air tight
container preferably with a
shaker lid for easy shaking and dispensing. This mixture has a
shelf life of approximately 1 year
