Eye Pillow Recipe
Why not try this eye pillow recipe, it's relaxing and it would be made homemade by you!
- 1/4 cup Lavender Flowers
- 1 cup Flax seeds
- 1 tbsp Frankincense Gum
- 10 drops of Essential Oil
Add essential oils to Frankincense gum, mix well. Mix together with other ingredients. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of mixture into a small cloth bag and tie top.
To use:
Heat on low in microwave for approx. 45 seconds or place in freezer for up to 30 minutes. Place one bag on each eye and relax.
